SCOPE 2015 Registration Registration is now closed for this event The 2nd International Interdisciplinary Conference on Political Research SCOPE: Science of Politics (SCOPE 2015) will take place between the 8th and the 9th of May 2015 in Bucharest, Romania. The registration and conference fee payments are operated through the University of Bucharest Alumni Association, which is a SCOPE 2015 organizing partner. The details are provided below. Conference registration fees (Please click on the applicable item) STANDARD registration fee: - EARLY registration - until 31 March 2015 - 50 EUR - LATE registration - after 31 March 2015 - 75 EUR JUNIOR SCHOLAR (i.e. doctoral students) registration fee: - EARLY registration - until 31 March 2015 - 30 EUR - LATE registration - after 31 March 2015 - 45 EUR The standard registration fee covers all the conference materials, the refreshments during the coffee breaks and the welcome reception. The junior scholar registration fee covers the same as above but it is offered exclusively to doctoral students. Authors must register until the 20th of April 2015 in order to have their papers included in the conference program. If you have problems to meet this deadline, please send us an email. Terms and conditions By registering for SCOPE 2015, all participants agree to be bound by, and comply with, the terms and conditions described below. Cancellation policy: Conference fees are not refundable. Currency: The currency used for the fees is RON (Romanian lei). We provide also the approximate equivalent value in EUR, but this is just for orientation (the exchange rate is variable). However, on the secure payment site you can see the value in EUR or USD during the day of your payment. Personal Information: Please note that participation contact details will be saved electronically and will only be used by the Local Organizing Committee. No credit card information will be recorded or stored. Liabilities and insurances: The Local Organizing Committee does not take the responsibility of force majeure reasons for cancellation of the event (natural disaster, fires, outbreak of epidemic diseases, major strikes etc.). In force majeure cases, The Local Organizing Committee decides on the possible refunds of the congress fees. The conference participants should take care of their own travel, injury and medical insurances before the congress trip. The Local Organizing Committee will not accept liability for damages of any nature sustained by delegates or accompanying persons, or loss of, or damage to their personal property as a result of the conference or related events. About the University of Bucharest Alumni Association: The association is a legal entity of private law, non-profit, apolitical.
